CBD stands for Cannabidiol. A natural extract of the hemp plant that is both legal and non-intoxicating (No psychoactive or addictive effects.)

​CBD is different from THC, which is the psychoactive component found predominantly in marijuana/cannabis. Our CBD oil is organically grown hemp and is THC free. THC will get you high. CBD won’t get you high, but will provide many more benefits.

​There is a good deal of confusion around the word Cannabis. Often people assume it’s the same as marijuana, but in reality only a few plants in the Cannabis family contain high levels of THC. We extract our CBD from hemp that is cultivated to be THC Free and high in CBD.

​Cannabinoids are naturally occurring not only in plants but in humans which are called endo-cabinnabinoids. They have been found to help provide balance to our mind and body.

The endocannabinoid system in the body is made up of receptors and how they react with CBD helps regulate wellness in regards to sleep, across the immune system, inflammation and pain. There are also receptors in the skin which means topical application is very effective.
